St. Scholastica girls, Holden boys remain unbeaten on lanes in Hammond

St. Scholastica remained unbeaten on the lanes Wednesday afternoon with a 20-7 victory over Holden at Tangi Lanes in Hammond.

The Doves (6-0) were led by Meghan Kreeger, who fired a 551 series on games of 179-211-161. Megan Bounds was solid as well with games of 191 and 190 while Amy Schneids shot a 203 game. Aubry Hymel added a 185.

Michelle Allison led the Rockets (4-4) with a 445 series on games of 126-162-157. Madison Stafford had a 158 game and Madison Jackson shot a 151.

The Holden boys were more fortunate, remaining unbeaten with a 22-5 victory over St. Paul’s.

Hunter Cooper was superb for the Rockets (7-0), shooting a huge 726 series on games of 276-223-227. Mason Blount contributed games of 210 and 194, Bryant Bankstown had a 187 and Kobe Spears had a 172 game.

Peter Bertucci was tops for the Wolves (2-4) with a 519 series on games of 199-161-159, Jared Kreeger shot a 190 game and Joseph Brown added a 174.
