DeJon Jarreau and Brison Gresham will transfer from the UMass basketball program, the pair of former McDonogh 35 stars announced simultaneously via Twitter on Wednesday:

The pair of close friends and New Orleans natives were signed by coach Derek Kellogg last year. However, UMass fired Kellogg after this past season.
The 6-foot-5 combo guard Jarreau and 6-foot-9 power forward Gresham were considered a package deal before signing with the Minutemen. That could be the case as transfers as well.
Jarreau was the more highly-regarded recruit as a four star talent while Gresham was a three-star.
