Bowling: Cabrini bounces back with win over Mount Carmel

Following its first loss at the hands of Archbishop Chapelle Monday, two-time defending league champion Cabrini bounced back Thursday with a 24-3 victory over Mount Carmel at AMF All-Star Lanes in Kenner.

Arianna Williams followed up her impressive 620 series in the loss to the Chipmunks with a fine 569 series on games of 147-202-220.

The Crescents (6-1) took game one 7-1 behind a 185 game by Tori Montalbano. Hailey Roberts and Angele Daigrepont each had 145 games for the Cubs.

Cabrini won game two 7-1 as Williams bowled 202 while Holly Schiller topped Mount Carmel with a 140 game.

The Crescents finished it off with a 7-1 victory in game three as Williams fired her 220 game. Schiller led Mount Carmel with a 155 game.

Schiller led Mount Carmel with a 413 series.
