NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans VooDoo rookie sensation, defensive back Jeremy Kellem will speak at the Bottom Line Luncheon on Wednesday, July 11 at Piccadilly Cafeteria, 2222 South Clearview Parkway in Metairie. The luncheon will start at 12 p.m.

Bottom Line Luncheon is an outreach by Life Resources Ministries. Life Resources Ministries is a non-profit organization that specializes in fellowship and outreaches, sponsoring bible studies throughout the New Orleans metro area.

"Jeremy is a beacon of light, always positive, a natural leader and a very impressive, spiritual young man," said Ken Trahan, play-by-play voice of the VooDoo on radio and television and CAO of SportsNola.com. "He represents the best of professional athletes, a good role model to aspire to for young people."

Kellem is enjoying one of the more prolific rookie seasons in VooDoo history, leading the VooDoo defense with 87 tackles that ranks tenth in the AFL. Kellem also ranks third in the AFL in pass breakups with 19 and sixth in interceptions with 9.
