Injuries happen in sports. But the Hornets continue to have more than their fair share. New Orleans forward David West is a game-time decision for Wednesday night's game versus the Los Angeles Clippers.
West, who matched a career high with 40 points in Tuesday night's 111-110 win at Sacramento, suffered a strained left ankle in the first half against the Kings. The Hornets All-Star finished the game but may not play against the Clippers depending on the pain and swelling.
West joins a lengthy list of banged-up Bees. James Posey (elbow), Peja Stojakovic (back) and Tyson Chandler are also out for tonight's game.
Tip off at Staples Center is set for 9:30 Central time. Cox Sports Television will televise the game.
