Emmanuel is a New Orleans-area native and graduate of Archbishop Shaw and the University of New Orleans. He hosts Prep Plus, a high school sports-themed program on WGSO, 990 am radio in New Orleans.

Pepis also provides play-by-play for Loyola University New Orleans webcasts and has broadcast high school football games on the radio locally. He also serves as a producer for many programs ont WGSO including The Three Tailgaters Show with Archie Manning, Ed Daniels and Ken Trahan on Saturday mornings.
