A judge has ordered former LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson to report to jail by 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Jefferson "looked shocked" as the judge made his ruling, reports WAFB-TV in Baton Rouge.
District Judge Chip Moore ruled that with Jefferson's arrest last week on drug charges, the former Destrehan High star violated the terms of his bond related to an arrest last year. Jefferson was charged with simple battery after a fight at Shady's Bar in Baton Rouge in 2011.
Jefferson, Tyrann Mathieu and two other ex-Tiger football players were arrested on drug possession charges last Thursday following an apartment search conducted by Baton Rouge police.
Jefferson spent parts of all four of his seasons at LSU as the starting quarterback from 2008-12.
