The BCS National Championship Game and the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl are among 26 games to be shown by ESPN 3D during the 2011 college football season, the network announced Monday.

The Jan. 9 BCS title game and the Dec. 17 New Orleans Bowl, both in the Superdome, are two of six postseason games slated for the 3D treatment.

Among the 20 regular-season games slated to be shown by ESPN 3D is the Thursday night Sept. 15 Southeastern Conference showdown between LSU and Mississippi State in Starkville, Miss.
