SOFTBALL: Ticket sales open Wednesday for Baton Rouge Regional

LAFAYETTE – Ticket sales for the NCAA Softball Baton Rouge Regional, scheduled for May 19-21 at Tiger Park on the LSU campus, begin on Wednesday, May 17.

Tickets can be purchased through the LSU Athletics Office at (800) 960-8587 or (225) 578-2184. Tickets will also be available at LSUtix.net.

All-session tournament tickets will be on sale on Wednesday. Prices range from $40-60 dollars for reserved seating. Outfield bleachers/Tiger Terrace for adults are $25 and outfield bleachers/Tiger Terrace for youth (ages 0-12) will be $20.

On Thursday, single game tickets will become available. Reserved chairback seating is $15, reserved bleacher seating is $10, outfield bleachers/Tiger Terrace for adults will be $7 and for youth (ages 0-12) will be $5.

The NCAA Baton Rouge Regional features top-seeded LSU (41-18), Louisiana (45-6), McNeese (42-16) and Fairfield (26-26).

The 14th-ranked Ragin’ Cajuns, making the program’s 19th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and 27th overall in the past 28 years, open play in the regional on Friday at 3 p.m. against McNeese.
