It was a rough year for big man Donatas Motiejunas. Now he is supposedly seeking legal restitution, sources told Sporting News.

The magazine claims Motiejunas is in the midst of an arbitration action against the Rockets and the NBA that is close to wrapping up. He denied that report via Twitter, saying the issue was settled between the NBA player union and the team already:

Before Motiejunas signed with the Pelicans in early January for $1.5 million, he battled the Rockets over his previous contract details and its overall value. The 7-foot-11 Lithuanian played 34 games for New Orleans, averaging 4.4 points. Motiejunas will be a free agent this summer.
