The Baltimore Orioles signed former Jesuit High and UNO second baseman Johnny Giavotella on Wednesday to a minor league deal, Jon Heyman of Fan Rag Sports reports.
Giavotella can earn $1.1 million if he makes the big league roster in Baltimore. He was most recently a starter with the Los Angeles Angels of Anahiem.
