New Orleans Mission, Monster Jam team up for “crushing homelessness”

Monster Jam motorsport event company and the New Orleans Mission held a donation drive Thursday at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie to benefit the local homeless.

Ticket vouchers to Monster Jam on Saturday night in the Merecedes-Benz Superdome were given out to those who donated clothing and toiletries. Members of the greater New Orleans community donated hundreds of items to help those in need during the “Crushing Homelessness” event.
