Brother Martin makes the short one mile trip to Holy Cross Friday evening with a long goal awaiting the Crusaders.

With a win, Brother Martin can win the outright District 9-5A championship. A Tigers win would give St. Augustine a chance to tie Brother Martin for the title.

You can listen to the game live on WGSO, 990 AM and at

The Crusaders (22-7, 9-2) are coming off of a 65-53 win over Jesuit Tuesday night. The Purple Knights are 8-3 entering their game Friday night at Jesuit.

Brother Martin is led by senior guard Tre Swilling, who averages 13.6 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while shooting 35 percent from 3-point range. Tyler Lally averages 11.5 points and shoots 85 percent from the free throw line. Senior center Vejon Wallis averages 9.6 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Holy Cross (20-11, 4-7) is coming off of 74-64 win over Archbishop Rummel.
